Our lavender is hand cut, sorted and packaged with no chemicals whatsoever. We grow over 20 different English lavender varieties, hand harvested at the perfect time in June, hung to dry then stored in dark bins until packaged and shipped. All 20 varieties of our lavender have a slightly different flavor. We pride ourselves on the field blend we have developed, making a balanced sweet and savory mix of the delicious lavender flavor you desire.
This blend will be wonderful for baking, syrup making, tea blends, herbs de provence, sourdough bread, desserts, garnishes, steak rub, beer brewing, winemaking, kombucha flavors, and even jelly making! It has been sifted to remove as much possible debris that results from the hand processing of the dried bud.
This product will last years if stored in a dark cupboard in a climate controlled environment.
